Miley Cyrus: Blonder and shorter

First she wowed us earlier in the year with shorter locks and then she went blonde, blonde in the summer.  And now, Miley Cyrus did it again, going much shorter with short sides and long on top --- somewhat like the "Rhianna cut."  And she can rock it.
